Scott Duncan
Senior Tennis Professional
Scott is a lifelong tennis player and former captain of the Bernards High School varsity team, where he played all four years. He has over five years of coaching experience in the Bridgewater, Somerville, and Warren areas, working with players of all ages and levels while earning his bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Bucknell University.
Scott brings an engineering-based approach to his lessons, using his background in biomechanics to help students build efficient, fundamental technique. He enjoys breaking down complex movements into simple, learnable parts and personalizing each lesson plan to a player’s goals and learning style.
Scott has also worked with the Special Olympics in Bridgewater, where he taught tennis to youth. He aspires to become a physician with a focus on orthopedics and performance science.
