High Intensity Tennis Training (HITT)
HITT is a high intensity tennis training. A program created to empower players to develop and strengthen their strokes, reaction and stamina. In our time building our tennis programs we wanted to redefine cardio tennis, each class focusing on details of your game while moving to music and improving your quickness on court.
HITT Focuses on getting players to HITT a ton of balls, burn calories, react, receive and sweat.
HITT Tier I Schedule
Players must have dependable strokes at a fast pace, including directional control, depth, and spin; exhibit good footwork; ability to set up and win points with lobs, overheads, approach shots, and volleys; and teamwork is evident in doubles points.

HITT Tier II Schedule
Players must hit with and handle pace while controlling shot depth; exhibit excellent footwork; accurate serve placement with power and spin; able to play aggressively at the net; hit winners off of short balls and volleys; can vary game plan according to opponent; and can play to one’s own strengths and to opponent’s weaknesses.
