High-Intensity Tennis Clinic for Ages 13 - 18
Join us for a challenging and explosive program created to push player performance to the next level!
Camp Goals:
Player goal setting: Campers will be encouraged to set clear and defined goals for their game.
Dedication and teamwork: Instilling a sense of dedication to something beyond themselves fosters team spirit and encourages players to support each other.
Focusing on the 1% Rule: Players will be encouraged to focus on the concept of improving 1% each week for gradual and sustainable growth.
Patience and work ethic: Players will learn the fundamental lessons of patience and work ethic, two skills essential to meeting their goals and achieving the 1% rule.
Our Offering
Weekly Camp Rate (M - F, 1:30pm - 4pm): $280
Week 4 (no camp on 7/4): $220
Daily Drop-Ins (single day of play, 1pm - 5pm): $82
Private lesson add-ons before or after clinics:
1 player and 1 coach: $105/hour
2 players and 1 coach: $120/hour
Register for more than 3 weeks with the same player and receive a 10% discount on each additional week. Not to be combined with other offers.
High Intensity Training Schedule
Daily Camp Schedule:
Check-in: 1:15 - 1:30pm
Camp clinic hours: 1:30 - 4pm
Dynamic warm-ups
Stroke practice and development (ground strokes, volleys, serves, etc.)
Snack and water breaks (players should bring a snack and water but a vending machine is available with both)
Players can register for the whole week or drop-in daily. If players want to do a daily drop-in, please confirm with the front desk.
Private Lesson Add-Ons: looking for your player to take one or a few 1 on 1 lessons with a coach to solidify their skills? Players can add on a private lesson to camp registration for $105 (originally $120). Available times for add-ons:
