Ivan grew up in Croatia, where he attained an ITF junior ranking of 300, and won junior national championships in Croatia and in Bosnia-Herzegovina. He came to the United States and played Division I tennis for DePaul University. He takes pride in coaching everyone from beginners to high-level juniors to success on the court.
