HIGH INTENSITY TENNIS TRAINING (HITT)
The HITT program is designed for high school and middle school players who are training for varsity team and tournament play.
Prior to registration in a HITT class, players must be evaluated and recommended by the Strand staff or have a UTR of at least 3.
